I am a mother, a partner, and an educator striving to do right by the children I teach. My students are young learners growing into a world of constant change and innovation. My work and my journey are to nurture curiosity, empower, push for personal excellence, and learn to ask the right questions.  I want to show young learners that by acting strategically they can accomplish so much.

I have been teaching for 15 years in schools across three different countries.  I have worked alongside children aged 2-10 with home countries and languages that span the globe. My days spent amongst the creativity and openness of children fill me. I am passionate about working alongside these young learners. I am on my own learning journey towards fostering inquiry, collaboration, and thinking.

This blog is a place I created to both broaden and add depth to my thinking about teaching, learning and schooling.  I hope this becomes a space of reflection and dialogue.  Thanks for stopping by.  If you have any questions or ideas to share, please reach out.
